Nicole is the best!!! I contacted her several months before we were serious in the market--asking her to just be on the lookout in case a 2 bedroom, 2 bath because available on the beach. She kept in contact with me periodically and when we were ready, she jumped into action. Inventory was low but she found the perfect place and was always available to answer questions as the transaction moved forward. She is honest, super available, and an overall great person that we now think of as a friend. We highly recommend her and First Coast Collective!

What I particularly like about the women in First Coast Collective is that they stay in touch with customers to add continued value to their service. They provide referrals to local businesses vetted by them for services needed by homeowners and send out regular newsletters and magazines to share useful ideas. They've linked up with a woman offering financial services to further their value-added approach. That's great customer service!
